QuoteSpry supplies quoting software to independent service providers. The provider shown on an estimate controls its customer relationship and decides what information to enter.
Information collected
Quote records can include names, contact details, vehicle information, service selections, typed approvals, scheduling preferences, addresses, and service notes.
How information is used
Information is used to provide estimates, communicate about requested work, collect deposits, schedule appointments, maintain business records, and resolve customer questions.
Payments
Card details are collected and processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. QuoteSpry does not receive or store complete card numbers. Payment identifiers and status may be retained to reconcile deposits.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared with hosting, authentication, database, payment, and other service providers only as needed to operate the product or comply with law. QuoteSpry does not sell customer information. Records are retained for operational, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs, then deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed.
Customer choices
Customers should first contact the service provider shown on their estimate to request a correction, access, or deletion. Platform-level privacy requests may be sent to quotespry@gmail.com, subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Security and scope
QuoteSpry uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Each service provider is responsible for appropriate access to its workspace and for the customer notices required by its own business.
