CUSTOMER ESTIMATE TERMS

Clear work. Clear expectations.

These general terms apply when a customer approves an estimate delivered through QuoteSpry. The service provider named on the estimate—not QuoteSpry—is the merchant responsible for the work, pricing, taxes, refunds, and customer service.

Estimate and scope

An estimate covers only the services and vehicle described. Additional work requires customer approval and may change the total, deposit, or completion time. Pricing errors may be corrected before work begins.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to the vehicle and disclose known damage, fragile modifications, hazardous materials, or other conditions that could affect the service. Mobile appointments may require access to water, power, and a suitable work area when stated on the estimate.

Service outcomes

Detailing improves a vehicle’s condition but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, odor, scratch, defect, or pre-existing condition. The provider will communicate material limitations discovered during the job.

Approval and payment

Typed-name approval records acceptance of the estimate. The stated deposit reserves scheduling; the remaining balance is due according to the provider’s instructions. Stripe processes card payments on a hosted page under Stripe’s own terms; QuoteSpry supplies the software workflow only.

Changes and cancellations

Scheduling changes, cancellations, weather interruptions, and no-shows are handled under the Deposit Policy. The provider may pause or decline unsafe, unlawful, or materially different work.
