Fair rules before work starts.
This policy applies to fees paid directly to QuoteSpry for software setup and monthly service. It does not govern deposits collected by a detailer from its customers.
Before setup begins
The $199 setup fee is refundable if the client cancels before QuoteSpry begins configuration or other setup work.
After setup begins
Once work begins, the setup fee covers time already committed and is normally non-refundable. If QuoteSpry misses the promised 48-hour launch window solely because of QuoteSpry after complete intake and payment, the setup fee will be waived or refunded.
Monthly service
A client may cancel before the next renewal to stop future billing. Used or partial monthly periods are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Third-party charges
Stripe processing fees, domain charges, and other third-party costs are governed by those providers and are not QuoteSpry fees.
How to request review
Email quotespry@gmail.com with the business name, payment date, and reason for the request. QuoteSpry will acknowledge the request and provide a written decision or request for needed details.
